Whatever your "why" is for working out, the Metcon 9 makes it all worth it. We improved on the 8 with a larger Hyperlift plate and added rubber rope wrap. Sworn by some of the greatest athletes in the world, intended for lifters, cross trainers, go-getters and it’s still the gold standard that delivers day after day.
Tougher and Stronger
We made the Hyperlift plate in the heel even bigger for stability when getting after tough workouts like split squats, dead lifts and other lower-body exercises. The plate helps force weight down and out while adding rigidity in the heel. That firmness helps you feel grounded and supported, specifically under heavier loads.
Secure Feel
The lace lock system attaches to the shoe tongue, so you don’t have to worry about latching it to any fabric. It helps keep your laces in place, so once you tie up, you can focus solely on your workout.

We extended the rubber wrap on the side for durability and support, so that you can scale any kind of rope climb with the same repeated velocity without worrying about wear and tear. It stretches from the midsole to the upper and adds some support in the upper for multidirectional movements.

Feel the Foam
Dual-density midsole—firm foam on the outside, soft foam on the inside—provides responsive cushioning for lasting comfort for continuous cardio and movements.
Full rubber outsole provides durable traction for dynamic movements like cleans and walking lunges.
Breathable textile has a haptic print, which creates a 3-D effect that adds durability and texture, helping make it easier to keep your shoes clean. Also, it sports flexible, durable support in the toe area, so that when your toes splay when lifting heavy weights, it won’t feel restrictive.
All purchases made online or in store between 11th November and 24th December 2024 can be returned for a refund or exchange up until 12th January 2025. For purchases made from 25th December onwards, our normal 14 day refund policy will apply.

Products marked CLICK & COLLECT ONLY are only available for click and collect to our Liverpool store. Due to the size and nature of these products we are unable to ship them with our carriers.

Returning an Order
You can return an order to us within 14 days of receiving for a full refund.
We provide a DPD returns option for £4.99 which will be deducted from your total refund amount, heres how you do it.
Securely package your order and include your order confirmation which was inside your original order, then click HERE to generate your return through the DPD portal.
Once you have generated your returns label please attach it to your package and drop off at a local collection point.
Once the order is received we will process a refund which will take 3-5 working days.

Items must be unworn & all labels must still be attached to return the goods.
We don't offer exchanges on items ordered online - just refunds.
Any shipping charges are not refunded.
You have 14 days from the date you received your items to make a return.
We do not accept returns of underwear and socks.
If items are returned and do not have their tags on or have been worn the goods will need to be collected by the customer from our warehouse. We will not be able to refund or ship them back to you
